Matheson advised Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. on its acquisition of the endpoint protection, detection and response business of Canadian-based BlackBerry Ltd, including the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in BlackBerry Ltd indirect subsidiary, Cylance Ireland Limited.
